Iris pigmentation is only associated with green and hazel eyes. Blue and brown eyes are not affected. The most dreaded complication and the reason why so many people are afraid to use Latisse is the chance of iris hyperpigmentation. This is an irreversible complication that has been seen in 1-2% of glaucoma patients who use bimatoprost on the surface of their eyes, but has NOT been seen in any of the nearly 300 patients in the initial clinical trials of Latisse.

Many medications are cleared through the liver so Lamisil/Terbinafine needs to be prescribed in the right patient population (e.g. no liver disease, no significant alcohol intake, hepatitis etc) and in the vast vast majority of patients is entirely safe. That said, all medications can have side effects, and rarely the liver is indeed impacted with Terbinafine.

    • @Torontodermatologycentre

Moles can get irritated from friction (e.g. bra, seat belt etc), or sometimes a pimple or cyst under them, or after being scratched. Typically they settle down after 2-3 weeks. If you're still having tingling after 2 months, I'd get it reassessed and/or biopsied or likely easiest to just remove it (all with a skin expert/dermatologist) and not have to worry about it ever again.

I' remember noticing this on my part around my early 20's, I went to the doctor to disgnose and they toldme not to worry about it, that it was normal and nothing bad, I'm 51 now so I'va had them for over 30 yrs without a health problem, or discomfort, so I don't recomend trying to remove them even with laser or medical assistance, BUT make sure it is PPP and not another infection. Just make sure to maintain good hygiene and cleanliness all the time, never leave it unwashed for more than a day to avoid any other type of infections. This reminds me how felines have some bigger ones on their penises so it may be the most normal thing that we develop them as well, after all we're all a conected Life
